Bohnereis – A Natural Scrub That Is Safe For Pregnancy And Lactating Mothers

Let me tell you something: I am super picky when it comes to choosing stuff to put on my skin. You see, people say that I have a great skin, but what they don’t know is how strict I am at choosing products.

I have sensitive skin. It becomes dry if the product is too tightening. And it can then lead to irritation, and I hate when that happens.

I became even more choosy when I got pregnant and after giving birth while I was lactating. I am a super believer that my baby is having part of everything that I put on my skin while I was pregnant and lactating, so the products have to be natural and safe!

And because most of the deodorants in the market are, well, not natural, I decided to give them up too. Of course, I searched for a replacement and… I found this!

1. Can’t put deodorant? Scrub regularly

Being pregnant for 9 months and lactating for 1 year for me is a total miserable when it comes to choosing products. I become highly choosy. Of course, many mothers choose not to care too much, but I do! Bohnereis is known to have a deodorising agent, so feel safe & confident!

2. Scrub the deodorant stains away!

Even if you wear deodorant, you will have to scrub the area due to deodorants usually leave stains in the area. Scrub them off, and see the difference!

3. My great best friend to waxing!

Anyone who have read my previous post would know that I was invited to try a waxing service and was totally in love with it. I am now a loyal customer!

And for everyone who have tried waxing before would know how important it is to scrub before you wax. Bohnereis is perfect for that! And because it is natural, it is even safe for sensitive areas!

4. Worried of ingrown hairs? Wax and scrub them!

Ahhh.. I NEVER know about ingrown hairs until I went for waxing. Of course, waxing is the number one key to avoid ingrown hair, but you don’t wax everyday! So what other ways do you need to do to avoid them?

Yes, it’s scrub! Aside from making the skin smoother, scrubbing will also help to prevent ingrown hair and possibly repair it. Waxing is less pain (almost painless) with no ingrown hairs!

5. Secret to a great skin – scrub

Actually, it’s not a secret anymore. Almost everybody knows scrubbing is the key to a healthy skin. In fact, it is especially needed if you want your skin to look flawless. There is a reason why beauticians use scrubs in their facial services!

Anyone else falling in love with natural products? Because I do!

3 Free LinkedIn Features That You Need to Familiarize Yourself With

Indeed, LinkedIn has come a long way. From its early days as little more than a glorified online résumé platform for professionals seeking employment to a one-stop shop for industry news, training and networking worldwide, LinkedIn continues to try and adjust to the changing professional workplace.

1. “Smart replies”

Linkedin added a “smart” new feature that helps make conversing with prospective clients or employers on the platform even easier. LinkedIn smart replies will suggest personalized, relevant responses to make it easier for you to keep the conversation going, no matter how busy you are.

The next time your teammate asks if you’d like to attend an event next week, you may see smart reply suggestions such as “Yes!” or “What time?” And yes, even emojis have made their way into your LinkedIn inbox as an option for replies.

2. Real-time conversations = Engagement on LinkedIn

When you meet someone for the first time in real life, you have a casual, back-and-forth conversation. You build some rapport, asking your prospect questions about his or her work (and non-work) life. You break the ice, building up a comfort level as the prospect gets to know, like and trust you.

In that vein, LinkedIn’s messaging experience now feels more like texting with a friend instead of exchanging formal-sounding emails. Back and forth you go, even having the ability to see the other person typing and replying in real-time.

3. Conversation + engagement = sales

As nice as added features like this one are when it comes to messaging your ideal connections or potential clients online, it’s still about the substance and camaraderie of your communication style more than anything else.

Just like in real life, you still need to provide value, build up rapport and earn the right to ask a new connection for his or her time, interest and attention. No amount of messaging features will replace these timeless truths of communication and conversation best practices, so make sure you follow those online with LinkedIn just like you do in real life.

How To Potty Train A Toddler Fast

Potty training is among the most challenging times for any given parent. However, since the toddlers must pass through this level, we need to master how to fasten the process so that we can make it as painless as possible for all parties included.

Potty training your toddler fast is possible but it will require some level of patience and some wit. In this article, we highlight some of the tips that you can use if you are looking forward to training your toddler on how to use the potty fast.

1. Let them watch and learn

Toddlers learn better by observation. If you have another kid in the house who is already using the potty, you can let them watch and learn from the process. Let them observe you or daddy when they go to the toilet so that they can know how it’s done. Loop in the support of other family members in this case.

2. Be patient and consistent

You have to be very patient and very consistent with the toddlers when potty training them. You will be sending them to the potty in intervals and you need to keep the consistency solid. For instance, you could start off with 10 minutes apart and scale up slowly as they get used to going to the potty. Whether or not they have something to take out, always take them to the potty when the time comes. They will soon get used to the process.

Always stick to the routine. If it helps, you can set up an alarm so that you can always be on point with these sessions.

3. Bribe them

Bribes work magic when potty training. You can give the toddler candy when they go to the potty. You can give them an extra candy when they actually poop. If you are training them how to wipe themselves as well, offer them an extra candy if they do it. Be ready for a messy session though, as it will be part of the process.

4. Keep praising them

Do not go slow on the praises when your toddlers use the potty. This will keep encouraging them to go to the potty so that they can receive these praises. Ask the other family members to assist in heaping on the praises and turn this moment into a fun occasion.

5. Keep the potty in a visible location

Do not hide the potty from the toddler. By keeping it accessible and in an open location, it does something to their minds. They will be able to run to the potty as soon as they experience the first signs of pooping. If you keep the potty hidden, you might not fasten this process.

6. Let them run around naked

Toddlers love running around the house naked. Let them be but only after they have gone to the potty and pooped. This will encourage them to keep going as you will give them the freedom to stay naked after. When they get used to it, slowly work your way back into clothing.

Which Email Software Is Better Between Mailchimp And Convertkit?

If you own a blog, you probably know that having an email list is one of the best ways to convert your subscribers to sales. People who subscribe to your email list from your blog already show some form of interest in what you are offering. You need to figure out how you will be reaching out so that you can deliver content and products that are interesting to them.

This is where email marketing software come into play. It would be very hectic sending all those emails manually. MailChimp and Convertkit are two of the best email software in the market today. The debate on which is the best between the two has been ongoing for some time and this article hopes to assist you in making the best decision on which system to use for your blog.

Tracking ROI

When it comes to tracking the returns on investment, Mailchimp takes the lead. It is possible to see how the campaigns you create on the system convert depending on what you had invested. For instance, you are able to track how people interacted with your website from the moment they came in to the moment they bought something.

If they have abandoned carts, you can also be able to see and even send email reminders to them at a later date. Convertkit does not track these conversions or how the subscriber interacts with your website.

Design element

Both systems are built with ease of use in mind. MailChimp contains many drag and drop templates that allows you to customize a lot and create the perfect email template. Convertkit is also great in this although they have gone huge in the plaintext emails. They are easy to use and you could be sending an email to thousands of subscribers at once within minutes in both platforms.

Pricing

MailChimp has a free plan for a specific number of subscribers. After that, you will be asked to pay depending on the number of subscribers you gain. Convertkit does not have a free plan and it is a little more expensive than Mailchimp. Both have recurrent pricing on a monthly basis.

A/B Testing

A/B testing is important for bloggers who want to see what converts best among their readers. When you have a piece to push out, you can always split it and send it out in a number of ways.

The email software should be able to show you analytics for both tests so that you can know which was received better. MailChimp has this feature and it allows you to test the same campaign before settling on one. Convertkit does not have the A/B testing feature.

Reporting

Both systems offer comprehensive reporting on the actions of subscribers on your website. Although many bloggers complained about the issue of duplicate emails from MailChimp, it all depends on how you set up your system.

The reports will be able to give you a complete picture of what these subscribers are doing in your platform so that you can be able to structure better campaigns in the future.
