2018 Year In Review And 2019 Plans – The Journey Of A Simple Mom

Happy New Year!!!

What I love about new year is to review which posts were performing last year, and the plans for this year. After glancing through the statistics, here are 5 best posts for The Journey Of A Simple Mom in 2018!

1. How To Choose The Best Baby Carrier

This is a guest post by Dr. Izam Suziani, and what best way to share with parents than having an expert (who is also a mom) to share the knowledge themselves! Dr. Izam Suziani has a background in Paediatrics / NICU as a Medical Officer and GP. She is also a certified babywearing consultant.

I may want to collaborate more with these experts, probably more guest posts / live videos / podcast interviews, etc. So stay tuned to the latest updates!

2. Tropika Baby Herbal Cream’s New Look!

Product reviews! I love testing a product myself and share my experience and opinions (together with pictures as proof).

I believe every parent should do some research about products before investing in a product, especially for their babies. I am looking towards testing more brands this year, so do catch up with me!

3. Real Happy Mom Podcast Interview

My first podcast experience – being interviewed in the Real Happy Mom Podcast! I love learning about parenting, and especially so sharing about my parenting experience as well as travelling with my little one.

I also have my own show started somewhere towards the end of 2018. Parenting & family travel will definitely be my main topics for the podcast in 2019!

4. How To Have Fun With Toddlers – 5 Art Projects To Do With Kids

You’re in luck, because one of my resolutions for the year 2019 is to conduct more arts activities with Aydeen. There will be a lot of messy arts sharing here in the blog, so be sure to check the blog frequently!

This is also a guest post by Samantha Gonzalez, who is a mother of a toddler herself and loves to blog about art projects. I will collaborate more with fellow mom bloggers in 2019 for more fun blog topics!

5. The Importance Of Early Bedtime For Children – A Psychologist’s Perspective

This is a great guest post by Dr. Cheryl Andaya! Dr. Cheryl is a licensed clinical psychologist in Hawaii with over 10 years of experience in working with children, adults and families.

Child psychology is definitely a good area for parents to understand and gain knowledge in, so I will definitely collaborate with more experts in the field in 2019!

Those were the reviews of the best posts for 2018 and my plans for 2019. It is really great to know what readers love, and to serve the readers accordingly.

I love all of you! Thank you for being loyal followers of The Journey Of A Simple Mom, and hope to see you again in 2019!
