Dodol Recipe Made With Philips All-In-One Cooker HD2178

I have been postponing this post since Raya. So sorry to everyone that was waiting for me to share this, I was so caught up with things!

OK, let’s not waste time and get straight to the point. Here is the recipe that I used for my dodol preparation using Philips All-In-One Cooker HD2178.


  1. 2 cups glutinous rice flour
  2. 1 cup thick coconut milk
  3. 1 cup water
  4. 1 cup brown sugar
  5. 1 cup granulated sugar
  6. A pinch of salt
  7. Pandan leaf


Mode: Steam 10 minutes

Valve: Seal

Bake: Open lid, stir until thick

Easy-peasy? It definitely is! Look at how my one year old toddler helped me!
